Welcome!
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the way our lives can be shaped - not just in the small ways but in the small steps we choose each day. I’ve discovered that healing isn’t about arriving at a perfect destination but about creating a wholesome environment in all things - Mind, Heart and Home.
While strolling down my path (felt a bit more like tumbling down my path), I discovered that even in an imperfect world that falls apart and gets messy, it is possible to feel grounded and connected to your purpose. Even more, we don’t have to have it all figured out to begin living with intention. If we wait for the “perfect time” or when things have “settled down”, we will never begin. Small choices add up.
Through trial, error and a lot of grace, I learned something so simple yet life-changing: our mind, body and soul’s health depend on three key areas - Mind, Heart and Home.
Mind: The patterns we create, the thoughts we feed and the ways we quiet the mental buzz.
Heart: Our faith, purpose and rhythms that make life meaningful.
Home: The food we eat, the air we breathe and the daily environment we create for ourselves and our families.
Mended Living is what came from Mended Minds; through divine nudges and heartfelt conversations. Rather than feeling helpless in my life, I found myself researching and reading to learn from others. Everything I know, do and practice is a culmination of centuries of others sharing their stories and crafting the Mended Living message. It’s not a message of perfection but of possibility. Now it’s time to share what I’ve learned and what I am continuing to learn - not from a place of perfection but from the middle of the journey.
